None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Dine Gozo as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. The information you provide is only available to Dine Gozo and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Dine Gozo to delete or correct the information held about you.

By accepting the Dine Gozo Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Dine Gozo's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Dine Gozo is released from Dine Gozo obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dine Gozo, its officers, shareholders, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and representatives from any and all losses, including, but not limited to, costs and legal fees, arising out of or related to (i) your use of the Website, (ii) your purchase of Services; (iii) your use or misuse of Services; (iv) your violation of any term or condition of this Agreement; (v) your violation of the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights or other personal or proprietary rights; and (vi) your violation of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or treaty, whether local, provincial, national or international. Your obligation to defend Dine Gozo will not provide you with the ability to control Dine Gozo's defence, and Dine Gozo reserves the right to control its defence, including its choice of counsel and whether to litigate or settle a claim subject to indemnification.


All products remain Dine Gozo property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Dine Gozo.


A deposit of 25% of the agreed budget will be required to confirm the booking, this is non-refundable if cancelled within 10 days of the event. 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

Additional Information

Dine Gozo reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, menus, Dishes, Ingredients, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Dine Gozo has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Dine Gozo shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
